Additionally, Grand Branding UK maintains the right to decline to publish any submitted work without justification. If Grand Branding UK includes any photos and/or data and later finds out that it violates these terms and conditions, the client will need to let LuxBranding delete the offending material without any problems or consequences. Grand Branding UK is in no way responsible for including any such data.
Restrictions on Liability
You accept that Grand Branding UK will never be responsible for any lost profits, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or indirect damages resulting from or related to the Site or the Terms and Conditions, even if you have been informed that they may occur.
